Virginia Beach Photographer - Family Lifestyle Session

Yesterday I had the honor and absolute pleasure of photographing one of my favorite photographers and her family. Beth and I have been friends online for a year or so. She is uber talented and always kind and supportive of other photographers in the community. We met through social media and became fast friends. I am always inspired by her gorgeous wedding and family photography and have enjoyed following her work. 

When she told me that she and her family would be vacationing in Virginia Beach, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to meet her in person! We planned a family lifestyle beach session and shared many ideas for all of the fun things we'd include. Then, the weather forecast looked like it might dash all our plans with rain all week long. Fortunately, there was a break in the weather, and we managed to pull off our beach session after all.  We only had the sun for the first few minutes of our session, but the dark clouds didn't scare us off.  We made some beautiful memories anyway.

I had the best time getting to know Beth and her gorgeous family. I couldn't wait to share a few sneak peeks from our session!
